🏍️ Master the Mechanics of Motorcycles & Dirt Bikes! πŸ’₯

πŸ”₯ Ready to wrench like a racer? This workshop gives teens hands-on experience maintaining and tuning high-performance motorcycles β€” including our 2018 Suzuki RM-Z450, a championship-caliber 450cc motocross bike known for its aggressive torque, pro-level suspension, and track-ready power.

From suspension to braking and engine performance, participants will learn to tune, troubleshoot, and optimize motorcycles for safety, speed, and smooth control. Whether you're working on your own dirt bike or wrenching on ours, this series gives teens the power to build confidence and mechanical mastery.

πŸ’‘ Why This Helps

Motorcycle mechanics is a core skill for any rider or future racer. In this series, teens won’t just replace parts β€” they’ll gain a working understanding of how every system contributes to performance. With real-world experience on the RM-Z450, they'll be one step closer to pit crew leadership, track prep fluency, or building their own custom machines.

πŸ”© Breakdown of Sessions

Session 1 – Suspension Systems: Ride Smooth, Race Fast! 🏁

Learn to adjust forks and shocks for control and comfort. Teens will fine-tune the RM-Z450's suspension to maximize ride quality and cornering precision.

Session 2 – Brakes & Safety: Stop Like a Pro! πŸ›‘

Master brake pads, fluid levels, and safety checks. Understand how to maintain reliable braking systems under race conditions.

Session 3 – Engine Adjustments: Tune for Performance! 🏍️

Work hands-on with the RM-Z450’s 4-stroke carbureted engine to adjust fuel, air, and spark systems. Learn how tuning impacts power and reliability.

Session 4 – Final Tune-Up & Hands-On Practice πŸ”§

Perform a full multi-system tune-up on either the RM-Z450 or a personal bike. Practice real maintenance from start to finish β€” suspension, throttle, brakes, and beyond.

πŸ”₯ Perfect For:

  • Teens who want to understand and control their own bikes
  • Youth preparing for the Advanced Repair or Custom Build tracks
  • Future Baja 1000 contenders earning credits toward pit crew selection
  • Parents ready to say, β€œYou fix it this time!” instead of handing over shop fees 😎

πŸ’΅ What It Costs

Program Price: $579

This includes advanced instruction, professional tools, and real-time training on our 2018 Suzuki RM-Z450 β€” a 450cc race bike built for power, precision, and pro-level performance.
