Mechanical Mini-Series 9: Pre-Racing Vehicle Setup
Duration: 4 sessions
🏁 Build Off What You Know – Race-Prep Like a Pro
You’ve got the basics — now let’s make it track-worthy. This workshop is perfect for teens who’ve completed our Motorcycle Mechanics series and are ready to take the next step: prepping a real race bike for performance, precision, and competition conditions.
Using our 2023 Suzuki RM-Z450 motocross bike, teens will learn how to tune suspension, optimize tire setup, adjust fuel/air ratios, and run diagnostic tests with professional-grade tools like the Autel MaxiSys MS919. It’s where wrench skills meet racing insight — and where hands-on teens take their builds to the next level.
🏍️ Featured Build: 2023 Suzuki RM-Z450
Our official race-prep machine. Teens will train on this high-performance motocross bike, learning how to get it ready for high speeds, tight turns, and real off-road action.
💡 Why This Helps:
Races are won in the garage long before the starting gate. This series shows teens how to think like a racer, prep like a pro, and fine-tune every detail for speed, control, and safety. Whether they’re dreaming of the podium or just want to upgrade their own ride, this workshop teaches real-world race readiness and gives them the tools to back it up.
